Flexible Payment Terms |
|
- Net 30 for factorable accounts-Approval within 48 hours on most new
accounts.

Deposit |
|
- A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders after final approval
of art.

| Returns/Cancellations |
|
- No returns accepted on non-defective merchandise.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced. Not responsible for failure
to follow care instructions.

- A cancelled sample order or full order will incur $150 cancellation
fee.

Art Revisions |
|
- No charge for initial virtual art proof and 2 rounds of revisions.
- Additional rounds of revisions or new artwork will incur a $50 art
fee and may cause a delay in order.
- Requesting changes to size and/or material after order has been placed
will also incur a $50 art fee and may cause a delay in order.

- Authorization letter required for licensed images.

| Sample Revisions |
|
- New art revisions after the first sample has been woven will be subject
to a $35 charge if a new woven sample is required by the customer or
deemed necessary by Atlantic Afghans.

| Art/Sample Approvals |
|
- Art proofs and custom samples must be approved in writing either via
email or fax.
|
|
| Random Samples |
|
- Random samples are FREE from our warehouse. Availability may be limited.
Specific sizes and constructions may be requested but are not guaranteed.
|
|
| Over/Under Run |
|
- +/-5% possible on all orders. Invoice reflects actual quantity shipped.
|
|
| Rush Service |
- Rush service is available on samples under 10 business days (from
art approval) for $25.
- Rush service (under 15 business days) is available on orders for an
additional 10%.
